First, and most importantly, I hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy throughout this Coronavirus pandemic.


I wanted to take a moment to share with you the efforts we are taking to ensure that our place of business is a safe and healthy environment; as well as new and unique services we offer for those of you who may not want to come to the dealership.


For years now, Cavalier has offered Cavalier Click to Buy.  This on-line sales tool allows you to buy your vehicle 100% on-line, complete with at home delivery.  You may also use Click to Buy to speed up your time at the dealership; for example completing your trade appraisal and financing options at home so that after a quick test to confirm your selection, you can complete the paperwork quickly.  If you don't want to come into the dealership and are not comfortable taking purchase steps on-line; not to worry we can bring vehicles to your house for at home test-drives.  We are 100% flexible, let us know what you need and we will provide that service.


Our Lincoln service department offers Pick-up and Delivery for all of your service needs.  We will now temporarily extend this service to Ford!  You may also use our night drop process, which can include pickup in our parking lot without stepping foot into the dealership.  Very soon, we will also be rolling out Mobile Service, where we come to you and complete repairs at your home!


For those of you that come to our facility as usual.  Please know that we are sterilizing all touchpoints (doorknobs, coffee pots, vending machines, credit card machines, tables… you name it) on a 4 hour rotation.  All Customer lounges now have wipes that you may yourself to clean your seating area.  Hand Sanitizer is also readily available throughout the dealership.  Last, the staff that handle your vehicle will be wearing gloves.
